Terms and Conditions of the "Dream Table" Contest
§1.
General Provisions
The Organizer of the "Dream Table" contest (hereinafter
referred to as the "Contest") is Anna Król, a natural
person not conducting economic activity within the scope of the
Contest, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer". The
brand "Ana Victoria Home" is exclusively the founder of
the prizes redeemed in the online store.
The Contest
begins on June 15, 2026, and lasts until September 30, 2026.
The aim of
the contest is to select an artist who will create a table
decoration distinguished by ingenuity, originality, and quality of
execution. The contest aims to promote the art of table decoration
as an activity that develops creativity, leads to more frequent
celebration of shared meals, and strengthens interpersonal bonds.
§2.
Participants
A Participant of the Contest may be any person of legal age who
independently designs, executes, and submits a work to the Contest –
a TABLE DECORATION. In the remaining part of these Terms and
Conditions, this person is referred to as the "Participant".
Participation of a Participant under the age of 18 is permissible, however, in such a case, it is necessary to attach a written consent of their legal guardians to the submission (a scan/photo of the legal
Guardian's consent must be attached to the submission).
§3.
Conditions for Participation in the Contest
To take part in the Contest, one must:
Read and accept these Terms and Conditions. The submission of a work to the Contest by the Participant is equivalent to the full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Independently design and execute the table decoration.
Submit the work to the contest by sending a photo of the work to the
Organizer's e-mail address ana@anavictoriahome.com, along with the content of the Statement located at the end of the Terms and Conditions and within the deadlines specified in §5 of the Terms and Conditions.
The photo of the contest work may not be published by the Participant prior to its submission to the Contest.
One Participant may submit a maximum of 3 works to the Contest.
The requirements regarding the submitted work are specified in §4 of
the Terms and Conditions.
§4.
Contest Work
The contest
work may include classic elements of tableware such as porcelain,
cutlery, dishes, decorations - such as candlesticks, candles,
figurines, napkins, placemats, tablecloths, vases, etc.
The contest
work may be made using natural elements such as flowers or fruits.
A single table decoration can be submitted to the Contest.
The work submitted to the Contest must not violate so-called "good
taste", nor offend the feelings of others. In case of any
doubts, the decision to accept or reject the work for the contest
rests exclusively with the Organizer.
When making the decision to accept the work for the Contest, the Organizer takes into account its artistic value and quality of execution.
The decision to accept the work for the Contest rests with the
Organizer.
§5.
Contest Submission and Schedule
Contest submissions must be sent by September 30, 2026.
Contest submissions must be sent exclusively to the Organizer's e-mail
address ana@anavictoriahome.com. The submission should contain:
a) In the e-mail subject line: First Name and Last Name of the Participant.
b) In the body of the e-mail: statements of the Participant consistent with the template located at the end of the Terms and Conditions,
including the Participant's consent to the storage and processing
of personal data by the Organizer and persons/entities cooperating
with the Organizer.
c) A link to a website administered by the Participant where other works of theirs can be found (at the Participant's choice: own website,
blog, social media account).
d) In the e-mail attachment: a photo of the work (the file should be signed with the Participant's first name and last name, e.g., Mary_Jane).
Failure to label the attachment in the specified manner may result
in the loss of the contest photo and, consequently,
disqualification from the contest.
Only one
photo of the work chosen by the Participant should be sent. The work
must fit ENTIRELY within the frame of the photo attached to the
submission. Submissions containing photos where the table decoration
goes out of frame and is therefore not fully visible will not be
accepted by the Organizer. The photo should be of good quality with
a minimum size of 2000px x 1500px and present the work clearly. The
Organizer reserves the right to reject submissions containing photos
that, in their Assessment, have very low quality.
In case of a desire to submit more than one work (the maximum number is 3), one must:
send the photos of each work as separate submissions in separate e-mail
messages.

The work
and the photo sent by the Participant to the Contest must not
infringe copyrights within the meaning of the Act of February 4,
1994, on Copyright and Related Rights. By sending a contest
submission, the Participant thereby authorizes the Organizer (and
persons/entities cooperating with the Organizer) to use the economic
copyrights to the submitted photos free of charge for the purpose of
using them in publications related to the Contest, as well as in
other publications related to home decor creativity, including
dissemination both in printed form and via electronic media
(Internet). The Participant confirms that they have read the
Personal Data Processing Information and consents to the processing
of their personal data by the Organizer (First Name, Last Name, and
addresses of websites/profiles administered by the Participant on
the Internet) and authorizes the inclusion and dissemination of this
data in all publications in printed and electronic form.
In case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by the Participant before the announcement of the Contest results, the
submitted work will be excluded from the Contest.
The Participant consents to the graphic processing of the submitted
photo of the contest work by the Organizer in any way in order to
adapt it to the intended publication.
Participation
in the Contest is voluntary. The Organizer encourages Participants
to subscribe to the channel Ana Victoria Home and sign up for the Newsletter on the store's website
www.anavictoriahome.com to follow the results and inspirations,
however, these actions do not constitute a mandatory condition for
taking part in the Contest and do not affect the Jury's assessment.
§6.
Procedure for Selecting Winners
The winnersof the Contest are selected by the Organizer.
The Jury assesses: originality of the idea, quality of the executed work, artistic value.
The results of the Contest will be announced by the Organizer, and may also be published on other services administered by the Organizer, as well as by persons/entities cooperating with the Organizer.
Information about the Contest results will be posted on the website www.anavictoriahome.com on October 30, 2026.
At a later date, the results of the Contest will also be published on the
Organizer's blog and on the channel Ana Victoria Home.
§7.
Contest Prizes
The Organizer provides for the following digital prizes (multi-purpose
gift vouchers):
- Main Prize (1st Place):
An electronic voucher for purchases in the store anavictoriahome.com worth 1000.00 PLN
(or its current equivalent in EUR calculated at the current
exchange rate for winners residing outside of Poland; approx.
235.00 EUR)
and a VIP Card entitling to a permanent -20% discount on
anavictoriahome.com.
- 2nd Place:
An electronic voucher for purchases in the store anavictoriahome.com worth 450.00 PLN
(or its current equivalent in EUR calculated at the current
exchange rate for winners residing outside of Poland; approx.
106.00 EUR)
and a VIP Card entitling to a permanent -15% discount on anavictoriahome.com.
- 3rd Place:
An electronic voucher for purchases in the store
anavictoriahome.com worth 250.000
PLN
(or its current equivalent in EUR calculated at the current
exchange rate for winners residing outside of Poland; approx.
59.00 EUR)
and a VIP Card entitling to a permanent -10% discount on
anavictoriahome.com.
Each Laureate receives a commemorative Diploma in a digital version.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash (monetary equivalent) in whole or in part.
§8.
Protection of Copyrights
Bearing in
mind the respect for intellectual property, as well as promoting
people for whom decorating is a passion, the Organizer introduces the
following rules of conduct in case of works bearing signs of
plagiarism:
The Organizer, using their knowledge as well as publicly available
means, may verify all submitted works for copyright infringement.
In case of any doubts in the aforementioned scope, the Participant may be asked to demonstrate the authenticity of the submitted work, e.g., by
sending photos from the process of its creation.
A Participant or another person who is not a Participant of the
Contest within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions, suspecting
that any of the works may constitute plagiarism, should point out
the source of the infringed copyrights to the Organizer.
In the event that the infringement of another person's intellectual
property is obvious, or if the Participant refuses to demonstrate
their copyrights, or the arguments presented by them raise doubts
for the Organizer, the Organizer has the right to eliminate such
work at any stage of the Contest.
§9.
Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to reject a contest submission in the
event that:
a) the photos are of poor quality;
b) the work possesses low artistic value;
c) the submission was sent after the deadline specified in these Terms and Conditions;
d) the Author of the submission does not reply to the e-mail message from the Organizer within 7 days;
e) in any other case justified by these Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions of the Contest are available on the website
anavictoriahome.com.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions
exclusively for important reasons (such as force majeure, technical
errors preventing the conduct of the contest, or changes in legal
regulations). The changes cannot infringe the acquired rights of the
Participants, and the information about the change along with the
new text will be published in the places of publication of the Terms
and Conditions in advance.
In matters
not regulated by the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the
Polish Civil Code and the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright and
Related Rights shall apply.
§10.
International Provisions
The Contest is open to Participants from the territory of the Republic of
Poland, the European Union, the United States of America (USA), and
Canada.
The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the provisions of Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the
Polish common court competent for the place of residence of the
Organizer.
The Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in the Polish language. In case of translating it into foreign languages (e.g., English), the Polish
version remains the superior and legally binding version.
- The Contest is void in all places where its organization or participation in it is prohibited or restricted by local law (Void where prohibited by law).
Participants who are not Polish tax residents are obliged to independently settle the tax on the prize in accordance with the law of their country of residence.
The prize is delivered in digital form. In the event that the Laureate uses
the voucher to purchase physical goods with delivery outside the
territory of the European Union (e.g., USA, Canada), all customs
costs, import taxes, and border fees imposed by the recipient's
country shall be borne entirely by the Laureate.
APPENDIX
Template of additional information to be included in the body of the e-mail with each submission of work to the Contest:

I consent to the processing of my personal data by the Organizer (Anna Król) and persons/entities cooperating with the Organizer for the needs necessary for the implementation of the „Dream Table” Contest, in accordance with the European GDPR regulation.
I declare
that I have read the Personal Data Processing Information.
I declare that the work for the Contest was performed by me personally and it does not infringe the copyrights of other persons.
I declare that the work submitted by me to the Contest has not been previously published. I declare that the photo of the work sent by me to the Contest does not infringe the copyrights of other persons.
